fighting stress...

Song of the day: I just don't think I'll ever get over you / Colin Hay

Quick note about the song of the day... Colin Hay? recognise the name? If you were plugged into the 80's music scene... you would have had to be in a hole to not have experienced his music with the classic Men at Work albums. Yup the man who brought us Down Under, is now reaching new audiences with a whole new sound and soul.

So after a few anger management classes... my anger has subsided... okay not really, but its not on the surface anymore so thats decent... but the reason I write to day is to inquire to you the readers. How do you deal with stress? When one thing piles up upon another. When the raindrops of refreshing change bring nasty floods. How do you cope? do you paint? Write? Listen to music? Go for a jog? etc...

We all deal differently, and we all experience it. Some shrug it off and ignor it. Others let it pile up and explode. ( I do a combo of both) I'm not really looking for any answers for myself, but rather just curious. I wanted to blog and didn't really have much in me to roll on to the screen at the moment... so I thought I would pose this question.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Drive slow homeys!
